Peace! We are excited to host our third annual Pre-Ramadan Hiking Retreat on February 15, 2025.
Our PreRamadan Hiking Retreat will take place at Blacklick Metro Park, Beech Maple Lodge located at 6975 East Livingston Avenue, Reynoldsburg, OH, 43068.
Our nature-based programming for Muslim youth, and their families, aims to reclaim the outdoors as a way to reconnect with Allah (swt) through the natural world that He gifted us. By joining us, we can collectively gather together and ground ourselves in preparation for Ramadan.

Brother Rashid Mahdi is a native of Detroit. He is co-founder of Browndages, and a children’s book author. He currently serves as a local imam at Muslim Community Center and will be grounding us in the spiritual and communal essence of Ramadan.
